The workshops for the Astronomy Merit Badge are not available this year (2023-2024 school year).
Any Scout interested in an astronomy Merit Badge can attend both scout sessions for some of the requirements, but it will not complete the badge. Part(s) of the requirements fulfilled can be signed off by Peggy Hernandez, an astronomy merit badge counselor, if blue cards are presented in person or electronically on scout advancement. Contact josephkellenberger@u-46.org or call 847 888-5019 for more information.
