Mrs. Noelle Dupuis
Mrs. Dupuis joined School District U-46 in 2017 as the Principal of Hawk Hollow Elementary School in Bartlett. Previously, she had been the assistant principal at Leggee Elementary School in Huntley Community District 158 since 2013, serving one year in the same role at Mackeben Elementary School. Prior to becoming an assistant principal, Mrs. Dupuis worked from 2009 to 2013 as an English Language Learners administrator in St. Charles-based Community Unit School District 303. Mrs. Dupuis served as an administrator intern for one year at Anderson Elementary School in St. Charles and a prior year with the Assistant Director of Special Education Instructional Services Intern at Little Woods Facility in St. Charles. From 2003 to 2013, Mrs. Dupuis served as a special education facilitator at Anderson Elementary, where she supported a variety of school and district efforts to improve teaching and learning.
Mrs. Dupuis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in special education from Northern Illinois University, and a Master of Arts degree in teacher leadership from Roosevelt University.

Mr. Jason Krause
Mr. Krause joined School District U-46 in 2022 as the Assistant Principal of Hawk Hollow Elementary School in Bartlett. Previously, he had been the assistant principal at Edgebrook School in McHenry School District 15. Prior to becoming an assistant principal, Mr. Krause worked from 2010-2021 as Physical Education Teacher at Westdale School in Mannheim School District 83, while serving as the P.E. Coordinator for the District as well. From 2006-2010, Mr. Krause served as an Athletic Director, Physical Education and Health Teacher at Fairmont School District. Throughout Mr. Krause’s career in education, he has taught all age levels, but his passion has always been working with elementary students.
Mr. Krause earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and a Masters of Arts degree in Education Leadership from Lewis University.
