Lead Melody and Asst. Lead Lana at Prairieview Elementary had a SNAC Club party to celebrate Valentine's Day. They made a 'Pretty in Red' fruit salad that was a huge hit with the students!

U-46 Food & Nutrition Services held their Manager's Meeting downtown at vendor Testa Produce during institute day on 1/31/25. They toured the warehouses and learned about the company's environmentally responsible technology and storage and shipping strategies. Thanks for hosting Testa!

SNAC members at Glenbrook Elementary had a great time trying all the different varieties of apples. After sampling the apples, they then used their leftovers as stamps to make a fun craft project! It's great to see our students' enjoy nutritious, healthy and fresh produce in our schools!

Laurel Hill SNAC students made guacamole this week! The kids learned about all the different ingredients guacamole is made from, and learned fun facts such as where they grow, and their nutrition content. Yum!
