Channing

The following programs, resources, and activities are funded through our Title I budget:

• 1 full day paraeducator for every kindergarten classroom (3 total)
• 1 bilingual and 1 monolingual paraeducator shared among 1st and 2nd grades (4 total)
• 1 full time physical education teacher
• Grade level collaboration time for teachers
• Additional academic resources
• Student field trips
• Monthly Family Night events

Channing is designated as a Title I school based on Federal Government guidelines. As a result, Channing receives supplemental funding to provide equal opportunities for all students to reach their educational goals.
